Holly has 22 years of office management experience. Managing office documents of all kinds, office equipment, supplies, personnel files(write ups, incident reports, policy violations, personal information, etc), timekeeping for payroll(timeclock- enrollment, issues, and additions, tracking absences, vacation/sick time, deductions or any changes that are needed), health insurance enrollment or changes, updating the employee handbook and company policies. She also assist with accounting(statements, matching invoices/po’s, petty cash), issuing purchase orders as needed, new hire paperwork and orientations. Sometimes, She doubles as tech support, therapist, comedian, and party planner!

Eddie Gelster

Shop Manager

Eddie is one of our longest term employees and has been around since the first trailer was manufactured. Eddie Is responsible for making sure your trailer is built according to design and in a timely manner. During manufacturing he works closely with the welding, plumbing, electrical, framing and finishing teams to ensure superior quality. He also is involved throughout the process in design, purchasing parts and the final inspection. After the trailer is delivered he is technical point of contact if our customers need help with the operation of your trailer. Eddie is extremely hard working, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for our customers.

Michael Bliss

Design Engineer

Michael works throughout the process in the design and function of the trailer. Before any trailer works through production , dozens of detailed drawings need to be completed. These drawing have to not only reflect the design the customer wants, but also be up to the National Association of Trailer Manufacturer (NATM) standards. Trailer weight, distribution, safety and functionality of the unit are all considered in his design and drawings. Michael takes great pride in all of our trailers that he designs, which not only improves production but also our customers satisfaction. Montondo Trailer has some of the most diverse and functional designed trailers in our trade thanks to him.

Clayton Spaeth

Administrative Director

Clayton has a MBA and 30 years of manufacturing experience. His vast experience and background included working in the aerospace and ceramic industries overseeing, quality control, engineering, plant oversight and supply chain management.

Here at Montondo Trailer, Clayton oversees the purchasing, finance, and administration of the company. Most notably. account receivables and payables and making sure that all raw material , supplies and parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner to accommodate our production schedule. Clayton uses his wide range of experience to look for ways to increase company productivity.
